Frequently asked questions

Short answers about digital printables, files and printing.

Is this a physical product?

No. Everything here is a digital file. Nothing is shipped; you print at home, at school or at a print shop.

How do I get my files?

Your files are made available as soon as checkout is complete. Follow the download steps shown after purchase. If anything is unclear, contact us and we will help.

Which paper sizes are included?

Most printables include both A4 and US Letter. Each product page lists its exact sizes and formats.

Can I print it more than once?

Yes, as often as you need for your own personal use. Please do not resell, share or redistribute the files.

Do I need special software?

A free PDF reader is enough for PDFs. Some products arrive as a ZIP; your phone or computer can open it. Where a download includes a START_HERE.txt, it lists the files inside.

Can I edit the files?

Only where the product page says so. Where no editing information is shown, plan to print and write by hand.
